Batteries experiencing a premature capacity drop exceeding 30% or failure to hold a charge under standard operating conditions within the warranty duration qualify for immediate testing and swap.
Our technical experts verify your laptop exact model number and part number before dispatch. If an incompatible part was sent by our guidance, we offer free return exchange.
Customers can claim warranty either by visiting our physical store at Hafeez Center Lahore or by couriering the item back with proof of purchase.
